Recently, I learned about strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats or SWOT, another powerful model that could help give your career a better shape. Basically, SWOT is used by MBA students in analyzing business and companies. But if you’re not an MBA student, it doesn’t mean you can’t make your own and apply it to yourself.
